  • 중단 범위: New Hi Mate 전 기능
    (실시간 모니터링, 데이터 조회, 리포트 출력, 설정 변경 등)

◆ 중단 사유

  • New Hi Mate 주요 기능 보완 및 시스템 안정성 개선을 위한 서비스 개선 작업

◆ 유의 사항

  • 작업 시간 동안 New Hi Mate 접속 및 사용 불가.
  • 현장 장비의 기본 운행 및 안전 기능에는 영향이 없음.

Notice of Temporary Suspension of New Hi Mate Service

Thank you for using New Hi Mate.

To provide a more stable and improved service, we will be performing major feature enhancements and system stabilization work.

As a result, the service will be temporarily suspended as outlined below:

◆ Service Suspension Schedule

  • Suspension Period: December 22, 2025 (Mon) – Further notice in 2026
  • Scope: All functions of New Hi Mate
    (Real-time monitoring, data inquiry, report generation, settings modification, etc.)

◆ Reason for Suspension

  • Service improvement work to enhance key features and improve system stability.

◆ Important Notes

  • During the maintenance period, access to and use of New Hi Mate will not be available.
  • This will not affect the basic operation or safety functions of on-site equipment.

  • For inquiries, please contact the responsible department (Industrial Vehicle PS Team) or our customer support channel.

Note: During the suspension period of New Hi Mate, the existing Hi Mate service will remain fully operational.
